In 2013, we were excited to welcome a new child into the world. When I didn’t feel comfortable putting store-bought lotions on her skin, I began researching and experimenting with natural alternatives. After many trials, my sister-in-law and I created a soothing cream that quickly received high praise. Before I knew it, I was in business.

After many trials my sister in laws and their children were my testers as their children had some eczema issues. So we worked the formula until it was right and helped those kiddos out, so this is the recipe we still use for our baby cream today.

I often say—why would we put something on our child that we wouldn’t technically eat? Yes, I’ve even had customers panic and ask, “Bobbie ate the baby cream—what do I do?” And the answer is always the same: no worries, it’s okay.

Before and during COVID, I taught myself how to make soap. My brother-in-law raises hogs, and the butcher was throwing away the fat—something our ancestors relied on for soap making. After extensive research and countless batches, I created a foundational recipe for our all-natural, soothing, and sudsy soap.
